Pastificio Riscossa has more than 10 different lines of production: Dry semolina pasta, Traditional regional pasta, Semidried/artisanal pasta, Eggs pasta, Bronze dìed pasta, tomatoes products, Ready to use sauces, oils and vinegars, biscuits, Flours and semolinas, rices, potatoes gnocchi.

The Riscossa’s turnover is about 42 millions of Euros and more than 60.000 tons of products distributed in Italy and more than 80 other countries all over the world.

The main stategy of the Mastomauro’s family was always based on the brands promoting. Today the sales of our 3 brands (Riscossa, Levante and Castel del Monte) represent the 75% of the total turnover. The rest is represented by the private branded production for the most modern distributors and for the industrial exchanges.

Riscossa currently has some solid relationships with the most important chains that cover the 45% of the total turnover. Another important commercial channel for the classic and special shapes is the Horeca and so the Foodservice and the Organic Restaurants.

In Italy Riscossa also sells to the Traditional Retail channels by supplyng them on behalf of more than 15 distributors located in many italian regions form middle-south to the Northern Italy .
