The safety of the Riscossa’s products is always guaranteed thanks to a continue control according to the current laws.
We always control:
- The raw materials that enter into the facility;
- The final product
- The packed product
We always analyse the phisycal, organoleptys, chimical and nutrictional carattheristycs of the final product according to the hygienic and sanitary laws (Haccp).
The streght of the company is the traciability.
Riscossa knows the origin of every single pack: the production was computerized to trace the product in the proper way.
Traceability is an important guaratee for the customers because it allows the checking of every single pack of pasta and every single lot of semolina that has been used.
