To obtain a very hight quality product that is also tasty, safe and healthy is necessary to select only the best raw materials.
Riscossa only uses the best durum wheats of Puglia, Basilicata and the entire Italy. These grains are adapt to be used on the pasta production because of their colore, the finest quality and the gluten contents. Then Riscossa also uses 15-20% of the best existent grains from Australia, Ukraine, Canada, Arizona and Mexico to guarantee an high level of proteins to the customers.
The Riscossa's products do not contain GMO (Genetically modified organism)
