Pastificio Riscossa - Welcome in the land of wheatThe company is daily committed to guarantee the quality of its products to all of its satisfied customers.

It is really easy to identify the Pasta Riscossa because of its cooking point and it owns an unmistakeable fragrance and colour.

It is not by case that this reality found its origins in the land of Puglia, which contains all the tastes and flavourings of the Mediterranean area, main characteristic of the Italian food culture.

The security of our products is guaranteed by a systematic process of quality control, according to the main legislations. Thanks to a specific and complete sampling frame we constantly check:

The raw material
The final product
The packed product

In particular, inspections interest both product and machinery and take into account every single production lot, during all the phases: from the raw material to the final test of the cooking and the tasting.

The inspection process is managed by the self control system named HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), which includes research tests on the left-over phyto- sanitary products, chemical and microbiology of water, microbiologic tampons on the working surfaces, and is entrusted to an outer analysis lab, authorized by the ministry of sanity for the self control sanitary check.

In addition, this process is supported and guaranteed by the UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001 certifications, and by the most important ICEA (AIAB) certification, which is related to the production of organic products.

Tracking

It is not an exaggeration to state that we know the provenance of each package of Pasta!

Riscossa produces only products that grant high standards of quality, healthy and safe. To be sure of this all the production process has been computerized with the newest technologies, allowing a total tracking of each production lot.

A valued warranty for all of our customers and consumers, because it is possible to go back to the origin of each package of Pasta, from the package to the semolina lot used in the production, allowing an absolute control of the supply chain, starting from the raw material.
